Was I the only one who thought the ending of Lost was lame?
I wanted the black smokey thing to fight a white smokey thing with fireworks and blasting rockets. Instead, I got the cliche "throw him off the cliff" scene.
I wanted to see the island sink under the ocean and then blast up from the bottom with streaming geysers. Instead, I got a scene the was half The Dark Crystal and half The Lord of the Rings.
I wanted to have the survivors wake up in their new lives that we have been watching this season and realize that life does not suck. Instead, I was given the ending similar to The Five People You Meet In Heaven.
What was once one of the most original shows that I have seen in a very LONG time turned out to be just like the rest.
Lame, lame, lame

I can't think of too many series that didn't disappoint me in one way or another at the very end.
I haven't really watched Lost beyond the first two episodes of Season 2 (have too many damned shows to catch up on besides! heh), so I won't begin to imagine the horror.
At least it didn't end with all of them in jail for failing to be good samaritans or just simply end with a quick jump to black just as things were getting interesting.
