During the Superbowl Commercials, I was greatly amused by the eTrade contributions. Of course, a talking baby in a commercial is as common as seeing a starlet in rehab.
Speaking of which, it was almost as amusing when self-proclaimed owner of the name "Lindsay" decided to file a lawsuit against eTrade for the commercial because she felt that she was being persecuted by the commercial. Apparently The Lindsay knows that the commercial was referring to her and that damaged her reputation.
Never mind that the commercial was referring to an addiction to milk, not illicit drugs and alcohol.
Never mind that the commercial had babies that weighed more than she does.
Never mind that the Lindsay in the commercial completed a sentence that made more sense than anything I have heard from The Lindsay.
Never mind that there are other people that share the same name.
Never mind that I might end up on someone to sue list for this posting and never mind that I have no money to speak of.
